Day 11.
I have a pressure headache today. Never had headaches much before. No history of them, but, since this fat flush, I have felt some sort of head pain everyday. Maybe my brain is being used for fuel....lol
Oh well, I will get through it and I am not quiting.
My wieght today is 143 instead of 141 like the other day. But fluid shifts do that. I am not concerned heck 143 is great from 153.
I had organic steak with peppers and onions. I also bought some organic ocean salt and am using about 200mg on my food. I just have too.
I love the apple cider vinegar.
Hang in there everyone.

Day 8
Lost 12 pounds on week one of fat flush and 8 inches.
WOW!! What happened. As you can see in my journals it hasn't been a feel good ride but WOW.
This is unbelievable!!!
I want to put in my weight but it wont let me. Maybe I will have to put it in over the next few days, but that isn't correct for the readers to anlayze. I wrote to fat secret and maybe they can assist me.
Can you believe it!! Wow and I was not hungry one time until last night and that was probably due to the 40 min hike that maybe consumed too many calories. I think I will go to pilates now. See ya and hang in there people. You can do it!

Day 6. I almost threw up today. I don't know whats going on but I had to eat 3 saltines to make it through work. Felt fine after that.
I did take a diet pill with green tea in it and one time I drank green tea, I got very sick to my stomach so maybe that was it but it was bad.
I also woke up at 2am and did not fall back asleep, which is unusual as I sleep very well. I went to bed too early at 8pm.
But, I am still maintaining my plan and sticking with it except for the crackers. Had the leftover salmon quiche and veggies for lunch, it was very gooooood!! Feel fine now.
Tomorrow is day 7, then I measure and jump on the scale.
