Walked 9,440 and worked out in the gym this evening. I warmed up on the stationary bike and then walked 3.5 and 4.0 on the treadmill. I couldn't get an accurate reading for my heart rate when I held the bars because it didn't get any higher than 62. Yesterday's reading got up to 159 so I'll need to check the settings tomorrow.

Walked 10,054, and worked out at the gym today. I did random hill on the stationary bike, multi-press machine for my arms, elliptical trainer, and the treadmill at 3.5 and 4.2 (jogging). It was tough at times, but I finished the work out so I'm happy!

Walked 7,777 steps Did a random hill work out on the stationary bike for 15 minutes and did 26 minutes on the treadmill on cardio at 3.5. My left shoulder still hurts but I attempted to work my arms with the weights and pull up bar.
