Increased my warm up on the stationary bike to 16 minutes. Did 32 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 on 1 incline.

Results for 11/19 - 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 with no elevation. Can really see the difference in my leges and abs.

The walking is getting better at the increased pace. Made 30 minutes and not as sore. Can see the difference in my legs. ;-)

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and used the manual setting instead of cardio.
