Seeing my belly go down is inspiring me! Feeling like I can wake up in the morning, and do whatever I can, even disabled, brings me such joy!
This is the best way for me to live. I'm following the path to wellness, and I'm glad to have found an eating plan that works for me.
Do miss mah pasta...... miss it. And will find an alternative. Goal for the weekend. lol

Good days, bad days, we all have 'em. Point is to know that you can have a good day if you choose.
I choose that today is going to be a good day.
I will not fixate on my frustrations. Instead, I will put my heart in a place of peace, and continue to do the next healthy thing.

Went out yesterday and had to tighten my belt to the next hole!! WOO HOO!!! So pffft~ to the scale, I'm going to do what I feel is best for ME, and rely on how I look, how I feel, and how my clothes fit!
I felt great yesterday! Woke up this morning and took an hour power walk with weights, came home to stretch and have my protein drink.... gonna down some bacon now and get ready for a doc appt.
God is good!

I should have known better than to weigh myself, yesterday. I deal with Meniere's disease, (auto-immune), IBS-C, and major depression. Too many factors with inflammation and being so new to this just contributed to me getting discouraged.
Off days/On days.... gotta take the good with the bad. That's life.
I'm going to have to tweak my food choices to less salt due to the Meniere's.... so that means less pickles, *huge jar* :( and watch my meat choices.
Being so new to this way of eating, *KETO*, I'm bound to make mistakes and find new ways to do what is expected. I don't usually eat pork, *I love pigs*. Now I have to finish the bacon I baked, yes, baked, last night.... by chopping into bits and putting it on something, sparingly.
Feeling more positive today, but still nervous about food choices. Gave a lot of food away to my single mama neighbor this weekend. Shopping at Costco for one is insane. lol
I want to be a success story, not for the image I project, but for ME.
Today is a new day, with new choices to make, and more educating on this subject to do.

Too much salt yesterday. Stupidly weighed myself this a.m. and no loss so far. I'll take the first five I've lost since going LCHF. So today I'm going off MACRO and will be doing my non dairy 100 calorie 20g protein Muscle Milk shakes. Dinner will be real food.
AND I will be exercising today. I'm not discouraged. I'm learning. xo
