Today was rough because I had to order dinner in. *sick*
HORRIBLE choices, and will feel my belly bloat tomorrow. UGH

This is NOT an eating plan to follow unless you're REALLY educated. This "fatsecret" is giving me an *idea* of what I'm eating, but I'm not really getting into Keotsist just by adding in my meals.
I need more.

KILLED myself on carbs tonight with dinner. Dang romaine lettuce!!! Live and learn.
Belly is still impressing me with it's downsizing. NOT weighing self. Going by looks and clothes. That's how I roll.
Happy to have made it through the weekend without succumbing to pizza or other vices that make up my past.

In love with Carne Asada right now. Not feeling like cooking or shopping, so eating "to go food" is what I'm falling into right now. Tested a Mexican place last night and it was BAD FAT. Tonight was a great choice, same meal, and lean fat. Fresher, tastier, easy to cut and chew..... ooo rah!
Gotta get my butt to shop. Cheaper and easier to gauge what I'm putting in my body.
And exercise? My frenemy.... we need to connect.
