Well that was more like it, up and out of my scratcher by 1010 and on the treadmill for 30 minutes (4 MPH at 6% incline then a 10 minute fast walk in the sun on the helideck.
That's about 300 plus cals but I will only eat about 50% of them.
Two and bit weeks of the trip done so far and I am pleased with my progrees so far.
Bit of a twat really when you know for a fact that if you log everything and stay within calorie you will lose weight or maintain.
If you just go with guesswork the blubber comes back

Not much walking at all this week but been fairly str5ict on calories.
To keep the downward momentum going I have to drag my fat arse out of bed and hit that treadmill every day for 30 mins at least

The site is a bit of a ball ache at times especially with the exercise thing and the inability for me to change my calorie target.
I know that 1200 food calories day for my height age and weight would lead to approx 1 kilo week loss (which for the first few weeks is fine), however there seems to be no way to change it and the sleep rest exercise thing is just odd and does not need to be displayed (IMO)
Just put up the allowable food calories and add the exercise calories (of which I can have 50% to eat) and that would do. The sleep rest stuff is just pointless bollocks IMO.
ha ha so thats my little rant for the day

I am sure the scales were fucked when I used then last week.
It only takes 0.2 of degree on the trim of the vessel for it to make a kilo or so difference but even so I have still lost at least 1 or 2 kilos which although not sustainable is rather a nice start and puts me ahead of the game to get down to 100 before I leave the vessel. in 5 weeks.

Stayed up late reading so set alarm late.
Because no exercise I decided to go without breakfast and just have dinner at 1730.
24 hour fast with just 2 apples. It was fine.
