Weight back down today. Hoping the trend continues although preparing myself mentally for a slow down in the weight loss. It is to be expected.

Not proud, had an increase in my weight. Haven't been logging my food intake in the last few days. It has been an eye opening experience. I am starting to realize that logging what I eat will need to be done everyday even when I reach my goal in order to maintain my weight. Back to logging my food.

15 lbs gone! Barely made it into the 170's but I made it. Happy Dance! I feel as though the weight loss is slowing down so now I need to speed it up with some consistent exercise. Stationary bike here I come!
