Down again today. Aunt Flo has made an appearance and the only and I mean ONLY good thing about that is that my weight loss seems to improve a lot mid-Aunt flo. I think it may be from increased water retention before she visits.

Anyway, I need to somehow remember how good I feel after I workout. It helps my stress soooooo much. I am writing about it here so I can look back and remind myself when things get rough.

Goodbye 170's, Hello 160's. My biggest NSV throughout this whole process is an ongoing NSV. In the past I have let work stresses get in the way of me concentrating on myself and I didn't (and won't) let it happen this time. These past few months have been very stressful at work and I haven't lost my weight loss (healthy eating,exercising) focus. Bound and determined this time to take it off and keep it off for good!
