I am thinking that my goal of 210 might be a bit high, possibly lower at 205 or even 200. I will have to see when I get to 210 on how I feel. I certainly am moving better in the competitions and that is always a plus. :)

Actually surprised as I felt like I gained weight last week. I even changed the battery on the scale finally :D Overall I did pretty good last week following the diet and getting my calorie count up on my trip to New Jersey. Had the usual tough time finding food to eat, but managed.

I am still not sure that the scale is not acting up, have to get a new battery. I will enter the weight anyway, just in case.. :) I think my flat 220 may have been dehydration to an extent since I did not drink enough of Saturday.
