Interesting day yesterday. First I grabbed and fully drank a sugar soda before Mary pointed it out to me. Then we went to a double feature premiere of Harry Potter, getting out of the movie at 230am (we got there at 8pm). After that we headed to Denny's and I had a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. It was good, but not quite what I remember. So I blew one day since March.. not a biggie and I was taking Tums since my stomach did not like all that carb.

So I have stalled a bit the last few weeks. Time for a kickstart to get it going in the right direction again. At least I now know what I can reasonably eat and stay stable... :)
