Had a cardiac cath after chest pain last week. I thought I was going to die. Time to get this taken care of!

Ran 1 mile straight today. It took me 11 minutes. I was able to do it without stopping. Walked 0.5 miles and than ran the final 0.5miles in 5 minutes. Also walked an additional 0.5 miles. Will attempt a mile and a half without stopping by the end of next week.

Stuck between 275 and 272. Need to do something different. Will get a bit stricter with the diet trying to stay around 2200 calories. I also will start trying to run 2 miles per day or do the stairs at work with weights. Would like to drop below 270 in the next 2 weeks.
