From 236 to 136, quite a long journey. 100 lbs lost. I could have never made it, but "with Good, ALL things are possible". Lost last 2 lbs due to outdoor work. Digging holes manually (old hole digger) is physical hard work! Like working out at a gym. I will increase caloric intake to prevent more loss. Just aiming for more muscle strength. The more you do, the more you can do. Praise the Lord!

Thank the Lord, I am Maintaining weight loss. Adding more food choices, in limited amounts. Again, the more that I eat, the more I want. But sure is good to enjoy something as simple as a few Graham Crackers with my evening coffee! Learning slowly how to maintain the weight and not gain back. 🙌

Getting exercise by outdoor activities. Nothing like a n "old fashioned" Push Lawnmower! Thinking on how to schedule walks into my busy schedule. I thank the Lord for feeling better, and helping me with eating right. I eat what is good for me, indulging with caution, always monitoring food choices and daily allowance. Tracking is essential for my success! God still answers prayer!

Praise the Lord for his help to me. Almost 100 lbs lost, from March a year ago. Still trying to get numbers right and eat more protein. Can't find a good tasting protein mix to supplement​ my meal. Eating extra food to stop losing weight has triggered increase in appetite. I stay hungry. Still looking forward to Summer work break to get outdoor activities going. If busy, mind not consumed with wanting to eat. Plus, I need to exercise and lose extra fat (build muscle). I still keep up with logging food. Success to all!

Maintaining weight loss. Eating well. However, I saw that as food intake increases, so does my appetite! Trying to choose foods that satisfy and will keep energy up. Complex carbohydrates are best in mornings​. If I eat as trained through years, "morning meals important, so eat well and decrease meals, as day progresses," then appetite is triggered (from morning meal). Less breakfast, less cravings. Contradiction between the two. I can't have increased appetite and weight gain. Watching scales closely.
