Although Still Maintaining 💯 pounds Weight loss, added a few pounds during February. I looked back and saw that I had not checked my weight the whole month. I also had excessive amount of chocolate during Valentine's day week. I stopped using app and tracking food intake. Added health issues flu and stomach spasms, factors into gain. I could drink milk and eat bread, crackers, etc. Hindsight is 20/20 and getting pass this challenge required understanding where the break down came. Sickness always has a challenge for me. I am Pulling into disciplined eating, with better choices each day. I know myself well enough to assess damage, learn from it, move on and NOT beat myself up (very important), and don't give in to discouragement! God is my place of refuge, my anchor in it all. I look to Him for strength to do what I will need to do!! It is a minor setback and " this too shall pass 🙌"

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Maintaining 💯 pounds lost 🙌 Thank you Jesus! He remains my source of strength and help. I give myself the comfort of a few pounds, in case of holiday foods, etc. Still have the goal of building up muscle strength. Recently, I learned which exercise would be best to start with and how to design program for me. Staying same size has been great, after a lifetime of up and down Weight. Everything takes time, but with Grace of God, I will get to next goal ( better muscle strength and tone). Merry Christmas Everyone 🌲⭐⛄

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
25 September 2017
Praise the Lord for every week that I have been successful in Maintaining the 💯 pounds of Weight lost. Since the beginning of diet, my decision to choose to make changes while still time, He has been my strength and help. Some weeks, I have difficult days and don't get it together. With weekly caloric intake going over, I try to get extra physical work. Lately, still working outside yards and new puppy has kept me active. I stay motivated, knowing that it is important to maintain loss and new size. Great reward for hard work is seeing smaller body frame and fitting into my clothes without being uncomfortable. I don't feel guilty about over eating like I did for all my life. What a difference! Again, the Lord is my strength and courage to face the day, whatever comes my way!

Praise the Lord! Challenging times, in the past caused eating of more comfort foods. I have to remind myself that I have to keep right choices and decisions going, but allow extras, at times. I have what I call a "cushion". I never let weight go to beyond 136, Maintaining 💯 pounds lost. But I have a few pounds that I can operate in, before I would be in what I call my "danger zone". So far, keeping the balance, allowing for difficult days and holiday foods. I do watch weight close. Hopefully, will get easier to "naturally" know what I need, and adjust accordingly. God keeps answering prayers. By the way, we had LIGHTNING STRIKE and possibly onset of stroke. God is Faithful to hear us. NO stroke, after all. Repairs coming along, with minor repairs. Most importantly, everyone safe! Thank you Lord 🙋

Staying within goal, gain 1 pound, lose 1 pound. Eating special treats (like banana nut bread, cupcake, etc.) and learning ("retraining") myself with close monitoring, discipline and moderation. Still challenging to be restrictive in choices of how much, but I remember I had to make right choices to get here and it will take same commitment to stay here and keep it. Still continues to be my focus and priority. I thank God always for strength and courage to meet challenges, even when I wanted to eat just to "feel better" emotionally. The journey continues....
