Happy Monday! Stayed on program for the weekend for the most part. Scale didnt move this morning. Will weigh on Wed and start recording my measurements. Did a fast pace 2 mile walk Sunday with mom. Any suggestions for soar knees?

Good Morning Everyone, To all ladies have a Blessed Mothers Day!! Even if you dont have children, we tend to have that nurturing spirit to those around us! I feel blessed and filled with gratitude!
