Hey Kat or anybody that cares to respond and give me some tips, what did you do to help keep your portion control under wraps!! Im not eatin bad but even over eating with healthy food is still oever eating!

Check this, I over ate at lunch 11:30-12-30, not that I had anything bad a whole fish fillet, 1/2 cup salad, cup green beans, cup wild rice. I did not follow my rule which is to seperate my food before I started eating, I should have had 1/2 that fillet and 1/2 that cup wild rice. I was so full, I did not eat again til 6p and I felt miserable and over stuffed. Just pointing out that the tummy gets adjusted to six small meals but the old mind frame this taste good kicked right in! This is why I talk about it and seem obsessed at times with my eatng because my mind set has to change, I have to be aware of myself or I over do it.

I woke up really early feeling rejuvinated and ready to take on the world. This journey has been long but very worth it. I am only half way to my 1st long-term goal but I am confident that I will get there! HE (GOD) can do above and beyond what I ask or even think! I say that because if I only did what I thought I could do I would sell myself short! Have a blessed Day everyone and know that all things are possible!

I started my weight loss process with 6 week body make over and have been following some of the ideas but not 100%. Decided this morning to get back 100% committed!
