I had a very successful week and a moderately successful weekend. Goal is no bread this week only and if its not on plan dont eat it. There are plenty of foods and a huge variety for me to choose from, even sweet items. I just have to take the time to prepare it!

Really gonna eat strict and hit the gym and weights. I have been holding at 271 for 2 weeks now. Move already!!

Cookin for the week, chicken, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, sweet potatoes. Still have about 5 tilapia fillets from last week in freezer.

UUGGHH!!! Nobody can eat just one Lays!!! NOT BAKED UUGGHH!! had half the very small bag, they were good with the last few bites of my tuna from lunch.
