I was away from home and away from the computer over the weekend - a refreshing break although I was working.
Today we have the last of our one-day holidays for the season, so I'm taking the opportunity to go to the summer house and get some more cleaning and airing done.
Consequently I've decided to keep it low-cal today, but to postpone the fast day to tomorrow as I'll be busy and probably hungry today.

Back below 57 makes me very :)
Super-busy weekend ahead but I'm ready for it - costume ready for today's fun activity at school, bag packed and exam materials ready to go to Bursa tonight, examining tomorrow, back tomorrow night.

Fast day today. I've managed to find a breakfast combo that's satisfying and enjoyable and about 60% of the calories of my usual breakfast, leaving me a little more substantial share of calories for the evening.
I'll be eating my breakfast in about an hour, at 11 o'c (I've been up since 6) and then have a second 250 cal meal this evening at about 7pm. I'll probably have a poached egg with some kind of salad or steamed veg - there's lots of lovely fresh produce available at the moment, my favourite time of year.

Yesterday was Mothers Day so there was some indulgence in the form of home-made pizza followed by home-made chocolate cheesecake - I didn't even record the calories! However, I had small portions of each and even though that will have put me way over RDI I'm just happy that I didn't binge and have more than one helping.
Fast day today - breakfast is packed and ready.
Weight is the same as Friday's weigh-in, no problem.
