I just cant seem to get on any more. I am still following the plan. I am eating right but I havent started exercising yet. I went to the doctors yesterday and he gave me the go ahead to go back to the gym so I am going to start with 3 days a week to get back in the swing. I have not nor have i lost still. Oh well. keep smashin'

gained a couple. Still not working out yet. Just when my body is starting to recover from the surgery, I end up with the flu and I am fighting that! Arggghhh! Oh well, I am hangin in and hoping everyone is doing well. I am following all the lessons that I have learned from the book but not really following any one phase, just eating healthy. I think the weight gain might have something to do with not woring out. Someday soon I will get it together. Hope you are all hangin in there! hugs and best wishes!

I have decided that weekends are not good for me. I can follow the plan so good on the weekdays and weekends I fall off. I am not eating tons of junk or anything like that but I eat more carbs, whole wheat and white. I am ok with that though. I cant wait to start exercising again. I tutored last week so I didnt get out but this week I am going to try to get out at least Mon.-Thurs.

well I weighed in yesterday and had not loss nor did I gain so I am ok with that. I had chicken again but I am ok with that too. I feel good. The chicken is the difference between last time I went through phase 1 as well as the fact that I am drinking coffee. I dont feel that I am missing out on anything. Hope everyone is doing well.
