Sejak sakit sebulan yg lalu, nggak pernah calorie-tracking lg. WO pun blm mulai lagi. BB naik turun di sekitaran 44-45 kg. Cuma menerapkan metode "piring makanku" (suku suku separuh) dan gak berlebihan saat ngemil. makan besar ttp 3x sehari dan makan nasi.
