been holding well with the fast. something i did not expect though was the sensation of hunger becoming less and less, when it is too intense though I just drink a bottle of water and its all good. Acid reflux which i used to get everytime i eat is now an extremely rare occurance. My eating habits have changed a lot and i dont feel like im dying to have something. snacks arent as desirable, soda has no interest for me any more even juices. I still enjoy natural juices like cold pressed or mechanically juiced but thats pretty much it. Oh man and homemade food tastes so much better its so weird! i cook the same nothing has changed in what i season with or anything, everything just tastes so good! lol weird...weird. hope you had a happy new year, and get through this pandemic see you next weigh in.

Uuugh😪 this week has been tough! I managed to stay on track with fasting. everyday i actually ...accidentally lol extended the fast by 40-60 minites because I would get preoccupied with somerhing at work. The 18 off 6on has required some serious discipline from me and I am super determined to stick to it. Before I was doing it only because of the weight loss where as now its more for the other benefits I have been noticing, like the pretty moderate lactose intolerance. I usually can only eat a bowl of cereal WITHOUT drinking the milk but lately I have been able to enjoy a 10oz glass of strawberry milk! THREE times this week! thats amazing! I have not had a glass of milk in 12 years like holy SH🚫❗ its so goooood I missed it! Anyway, I have decided to cut chips, candy(not chocolate i love it too much lol), and soda out of my diet which has been going well. I think it may be a side effect of the fasting because everything is so salty and so sweet now, things i used to chow down on is sickening its so sweet or headache inducing its so salty. So far so goo and im happy with the results I have been getting. SO if you want to try it I say go for it BUT MAKE SURE YOU EAT YOUR CALORIES IN NUTRIENT RICH FOODS. if you don't ohhh man the cravings and hunger pains are like monsters gnawing at your tum tum. another thing i have noticed also is that when its time to break your fast...go...slow, twice now I came out of my 18 hours a little to aggressive and it made me sick, threw it all back up so be careful!! Lastly, if you have sugar issues please be careful fasting for 18 hours can make your sugar drop dangerously low if you're not careful and of course check in with your doctor first im just some random trying it with good results it may not be the same for everyone. stay well live well i hope you make it through this crazy world we live in right now and see ya next weigh in!

well, a whole 4 ounces...ok. better than nothing! I finally went back to work and caught myself slipping something terrible my fast has been wacky all week, 10hrs here 14hrs therw 16hrs there. I almost fell back into bad work habits of snacking on junk food every something minutes...almost. You will not get me this time evil sugary sweetness that satisfies my sweet tooth and eases my frustration because I can really be such an emotional eater. NOT TODAY!! Other than my slipping this week im so proud of myself because I still have not touched a soda, a juice or any type of bad beverage, I have a nasty habit of drinking my calories, I used to have 3 to 5 sodas a day, ontop of juices and other sugary drinks, so in that department I have been excellent. I did snack on a few chips but it was literally only a few chips. since fasting I cant seem to enjoy the saltiness, its so weird super sweet and salty things I loved before are not really good to me anymore which is great of cours because both my BP and sugar are at normal numbers. Anyway, how is everyone doing i wish you the best on your journey and i hope you achieve all of you health goals! See ya next week.
