Everyday I'm getting closer and closer to my goal! It's good to see the numbers drop even when indulging and participating in birthday Ice cream celebration at the office.

Made Jalapeño popper chicken last night for dinner. It was fantastic but if cooking for more than two, I'd make it as a casserole!
