I'm a 25 year old, 6'0 tall woman & I've been overweight since I can remember. I've tried multiple methods of losing weight (all natural ways) I'm not interested in pills, surgery, or wraps. I can do this with a clear mind and full heart. I'm following a low carb high protein diet to eventually obtain by goal weight of 175 lbs. I'm going to do this in different phases to lose the weight and change my lifestyle.
Phase 1 - 300lbs
Phase 2 - 270lbs
Phase 3 - 220lbs
Phase 4 - 195lbs
Phase 5 - 175lbs
