This part is always weird for me to type... Im 39 yrs old with 4 children (baby is 11). I use to could eat anything and never gain weight (man has that changed), anyway Im a nursing student and do not want to be giving a bad example to the patients about taking care of one self. Plus I don't go out because Im fat and not happy with my weight. Truth be told--I want to feel good about myself again (physically i mean)..Im happy to say none of my children are over weight and they encourage me to get back in shape ( they remind me to not eat the whole bag of chips or 6 donuts, or 15 chocolate cookies,etc). yeah I love to eat.lol
