OK so Im starting over on the Adkins Diet because I did not follow it the last time )over a year ago) and I gained 35 lbs. when I weighed myself on Dec 26, 2012 it read 200.6 lbs. So I started to work out some time and tried to use the low cal 1200kcal/day, but that was proven unfruitful.

ON 1/15/13 I weighed in at 199 lbs. This was dissapointing to say the least. So I decided to restart the Adkins diet on 1/17/13.

I will weigh in today after 1pm and log it in here. this time I intend to stay on track.

after seeing that I gained 35lbs over the course of a year I've decided to restart my Adkins diet again. I weighed in at 200.6 on 12/20/12. then on 1/15/13 I weighed in at 199 (what? only 1.6 lbs on the 1200 cal/day diet? not good).

This time I intend to stay focus and lose this fat.
