Just want to lose around 20lbs so i can fit back into my favorite clothes again.
My husband and I started watching what we eat. No chips, minimal bread, no beer (during the week), no coffee (for me) in the morning, plenty of water or Crystal Light during the day. For snacks i eat dried apricots and fruit. I have a low thyroid, so that makes it tougher for me to lose..
Here's what I've tried:
LCHF - hate it, does not work unless you religiously stick to it. I get tired of meat, cheese and eggs all the time. and the alcohol part is the worst. Hey, i like to partay on the weekend! Also something about loading up on fat does not make me feel that good..
Herbalife - ya it works, BUT....you have to religiously go to the gym and eat salads for dinner. I lost 65lbs on it. Went from 210lbs to 165lbs in a year, spent 3-4 days a week in the gym. I really looked good but i was also single, out shopping for a man...and well...you know the story... Now, got older, re-married (ya found the love of my life - LUCKY ME!), life's good and gained weight..damit.
So ya, my weight loss - gain story in a nutshell. To be honest, i dont want to deprive myself, but yet i want to feel good in my skin (dont want too much of it either..ugg)
