I decided to write down all the things I wanted to get out of losing weight, I hope by re reading my goals and by forming a support system that I will finally be successful.
Here is a portion of my list:
1) to not worry about hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, joint problems, sleep apnea
2) to be able to walk for work or for fun and not be out of breath/ have sore feet
3)to get off of my blood pressure medication
4)to be able to have children
5)to not have to order clothes off the internet because nothing in stores fits
6)to be able to do things with out worrying if I can fit in the seats or keep up
7)to have energy to do things I want to
8) to comfortably ride in a plane and not worry about having to pay for an extra ticket, or sitting beside someone, or touching someone as I walk down the aisle
9)to go to an amusement park and be able to ride the rides not just watch everyone else having fun
