Well. Pleasant surprise losing another pound. Using the same scale. After yesterdays eating I thought I was screwed. I think I'm on a manic high. Still got stuff brewing. Mad at every thing. I'll probably have a light meal tonight IF I feel hungry. Riding today was nut's. But I realized I've got some wind. Felt good to be able to sustain constant pedaling with a 20 mph wind. I kicked it's A#*! Took my animosity about everything out super setting weight training, right after a kicking bike ride. I figure punishment by exercise is better the some alternatives I've used in the past. Got this challenge coming up. It'll help. Here's my dieting tip. Fasting, lot's of H2O, exercise, I mean sweat! I don't know. I'm full of it. Chilling at Starbucks. Got a 20 min bike ride home. Everyone take care. ✌ Oh I look happy don't I.
