This is going to be short. Rough evening. Yes, I eat when stressed. No bike riding, feel like I ate a lot today. I wanna slam the apple pie with a cinnamon crunch on top. Didn't hit the gym. That "I'll do it tomorrow" is kicking in. Other crap going on. Grrrrr! When I kick on the Sevendust, I know I'm boiling. No sleep tonight. Going to crush it tomorrow. 2018 I'm on the "Take No Prisoners Tour".✌

I can relate to the whole eat when stressed thing, something I've tried to get control of for years. I'm sure there are a lot more of us than persons let on.....Keep your head in the game. You can do this! Good Luck and Happy Easter !
