Another day and I'm still inspired to better myself and move my life style forward. I know I have not been here long or watching my intake and exercising long, but I've been getting complements on how I look. I was 214 lbs today. That's 6 lbs in a short time. I have been fasting part or all day sometimes. I know I'm going to hear it about metabolism and nutrition. I'll get better with the diet thing I'm sure. I've been told I have a glow. Part of it is the commitment to eat better and exercise. I know this is a forum for health and such, BUT I've been making changes in other areas of my life. I think some people will understand without going in to it. Any way I've been getting real. Inspired and courageous. Embracing life. All of it. It's really quite an experience. I'll stop ranting. I appreciate this site. I don't think I'll be going anywhere. Even if I falter some day's. Wishing you all an awesome day.✌
