All over town today on my bike. Freaking 10 MPH wind's with 26 MPH gust's.
I swear the wind had it in for me. Every direction I went I was in a head wind. Upper hamstrings are sore as hell. 😁 That's a good thing though. I love to eat at night. Going to try to lay off tonite. Have some organic snack's I bought today. I think I'm going to record intake at the time I eat.I got weighed at the doctors today and it said 216 lbs. Last night the gym's scale was 220. I'm not sure if fasting for 1 day wil do that. I need to weigh on one scale. Use that as my baseline. ✌
98.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
