So, I guess what my body needed more then anything was an exercise free day to recover. I jumped on the scale this morning, just to see if not working out had been detrimental to my weight loss plans. Turns out it was not! Yay! And I passed up the jelly beans last night, distracted myself with a bubble bath and a book. Let's see if I can keep this going...
