I haven't been on here in awhile, but I have been behaving very badly. I start a bottcamp today, so hopefully that will aide me in getting back on track.

So I know I didn't eat nearly enough today, but I am just not hungry. I have a feeling this is going to be detrimental to my weight loss... And I am going to my first WW meeting in 2 months in the morning. I will have officially been at lifetime for a year. Yay for that. But I have to figure out whats up with my appetite

So, I guess what my body needed more then anything was an exercise free day to recover. I jumped on the scale this morning, just to see if not working out had been detrimental to my weight loss plans. Turns out it was not! Yay! And I passed up the jelly beans last night, distracted myself with a bubble bath and a book. Let's see if I can keep this going...

Couldn't help but be a little disappointed when I stepped on the scale today. I know 1 lb is good since I am so close to goal, but I have worked my butt off this week. I am going to try a little harder to cut the sugary snacks from my diet. I just love jelly beans sooo much. But it will be worth it. Taking a night off from working out. My body is in need of some recovery time.
