Saturday, the day of the shrimp boil, I walked for 50 minutes and that evening did 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I indulged in shrimp, crab, homemade egg rolls, sushi, and cake (all in strict moderation), AND stayed away from alcohol. I was so proud of myself!! All in all I didn't gain or lose a thing which made me feel so much better about cheating. I'm back on track now and can't wait until next Monday to weigh in and see the results.
After seeing my success, both of my parents are considering the Fat Smash Diet.
