Finally, I actually lost 1.5lbs!!!!! Hopefully it's not a temporary fluke like the last time!
I am happy to say that my brother and sister-in-law, who teased me terribly for doing the Celebrity Fit Club Diet, came by last night to borrow Dr. Ian's book. It was hilarious after all the grief I got. I guess the results speak for themselves!!!

Okay, I must confess that when I started phase I again I had gained 3lbs. I was 157 but never weighed in on the site. Now after doing phase I again I'm back to where I was. I'm conflicted about going into phase II because I don't want to get stuck again.
Any suggestions? Keep in mind I work out an hour a day, and drink lots of water.

Tomorrow morning is the day. I put myself back in phase I and we'll see how it worked. I've read different reports on this site; it works for some and not others. I only cheated one day of the 9, at my parents of course, but I've been working out daily at 6am (since days are around 102 outside), drinking lots of water, and eating right. Still, I'm nervous, I really want out of this plateau!!
On a good note: I had to break down and buy new clothes since everything is hanging off of me. I'm now a size 10!!! I can't remember the last time I was a size 10! I seem to remember when I went to college in '95 I was a size 12, so I'm extremely happy!!

I have a question. I'm following the FS diet 100%, exercising 1hr in the morning and 1hr in the afternoon, and drinking 64+ ozs of water/day. I started doubling up on the exercise to get out of this plateau.
Well, I couldn't stand it and got on the scale this morning to see if the changes worked and I'm back at 155!!!!! I don't get it. The only thing I can come up with is that the extra exercise is making me gain muscle (which is fine). I know it's not fat because I've really noticed my body getting leaner in the last few weeks. Not to mention all my clothes are falling off me. It has to be muscle gain. What do you think???
