Passed the 10 pound mark! Very very excited! I'm not sure it'll stay here (in fact I was expecting to go up from yesterday), but either way, I'm extremely happy. Did my run yesterday and my 200 situps test for week 5. I'm back up to Column 3 for that (quite scared now), and the run went very well. I wasn't dead at the end, though it was a little bit of a challenge (five minutes seems to last a long time).

Good job Joe! Day 2 will seem even easier than day 1 (I know, it sounds crazy, but it's true!) On another note, just made a sweet 500 cal shake and it was DA BOMBBBBBBBB (granted 500 is a lot for your diet, it was delicious and full of good fats while not so great on protein I think 28?)
Definitely not eating dinner tonight, I'm stuffed yo!
