I have very little research on the Egg Fast. Can you point me in the direction online to look for information. I've tried a search and found conflicting information. This is very interesting to me!!

I have. Did it for 5 days, transitioned 2 days, lost 7 lbs, gained 2 back during transition, for a net loss of 5 lbs in a week. I only did it cuz I was bored and I like eggs. Was it worth it? Only in the sense that it was kinda fun to experience, but that's just me. I know some people use it to break a stall or plateau.

Thanks for the info!! I love eggs... eat them every day... this would be an easy transition for me to do.

I did a 5-day egg fast back in late September.. it was amazing! But you really have to love eggs... lol. I did mine as a hot drink (2 eggs, chai tea, coconut oil, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and ginger blended up) in the morning, then had 2 hard boiled eggs for dinner. I lost 10 lbs.

No HotCakes... It actually helped break a stall and I even managed to keep it off through the holiday, although I haven't lost even 1 lb since, so I will probably do another one soon
