So the Keto Calculator says I should eat:
1200 calories daily with
20g carb
72g protein
92g fat

does that sound right to everyone? I thought protein and fat should be around equal....?
Doing the Ketogenic diet!

Ok, so after a lot of debate and for several reasons I'm switching up my diet. Going from Ketogenic (mostly animal products no carbs) to vegetarian with healthy mod-low carb choices. I'm going to try to keep my calories around 1200 and either do cardio of some weights daily. Here goes nothing!!
