As a sugestion of one of the other fatsecret members on Atkins diet, I brought the Promasil yesterday and tried it for the first time last night. I have Soft serve Vanilla and it taste good ( I used it with Almond milk- unsweetened) I will be taking it at least twice a day.

I hope it will help me stay full longer throughout the day (no carbs--yay!). So here goes nothing, oh and I finally brought a calcium without sugar (yucky pills). off to work......

Combine that high quality protein with some regular resistance training and watch your muscles go from flab to fab in a short period of time.

ok cool, great I will start tonight ( with light resistance of course). do you think it will be ok if I use resistance bands?
