Today was not the best day, but I managed to do okay considering. We had a shower at work and I managed to eat well until the cake...buttercream frosting is my downfall and I had a VERY small piece..It was amazing, but I had a major sugar crash after. I drank tons of water and then came home and worked out. Feel better now..and I am not going to beat myself up over it as I did not let it turn the whole day upside down!
