.6 of a lb down! YES!
Today is going to be a bit challenging for me becuase I'm home and the routine is not always the same. I also have date night with my hubby. Dinner and a movie. I'm going to make it count and have a nice juicy steak at WoodRanch.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
