So happy today! I am finally able to fit into some of my smaller size pants that I've been holding on to (because I think they are cute and I didn't want to get rid of even thought they didn't fit).
I must we retaining water (time of month) because I weighed in higher today even though my clothes fits bigger. Oh well, let's see what happens in a few days.

.6 of a lb down! YES!
Today is going to be a bit challenging for me becuase I'm home and the routine is not always the same. I also have date night with my hubby. Dinner and a movie. I'm going to make it count and have a nice juicy steak at WoodRanch.

So excited today! I've finally lost the 2lbs that I gained after I went off Induction and allowed myself to run wild with food.
This new way of life is a learned process and I'm at the beginning of it. I'm not going to dwell or kick my behind for allowing me to fall of the wagon, instead I'm going to take it as a lesson learned.
1)Planning and preparation is key. Without this I fail.
2)Sugar and refined carbs are not my friends. They make me ugly.
3)W & W (water and walking) are non-negotiable.
With this new found knowledge, I will pick myself up, dust off the dirt and move ahead like a champion that I am.

What an accomplishment! My chicken wing lunch came with fries and I was able to resist them. I left them on my plate just so I can prove to myself that I don't need carb-laddened foods to satisfy me. Instead I ate my wings nice and slow savoring the sauces and the crunchy fried skin. Food Porn all the way!
It's now 3:30 and I would normally go for a snack but today I'm so satisfied that I don't need one.
I like this way of eating :)
