Pola makan masakan rumahan biasa. Yang penting masih defkal. Sebisa mungkin diusahakan minim minyak dan santan.
WO aku pakai Chloe Ting yg ada dumbbell-ya (core+butt+abs), 3-5x seminggu. Tergantung sikon.
Tidur malam minimal 6 jam.
Air putih minimal 2 liter sehari.
Terus, nggak usah terlalu ngoyo. Dibawa enjoy aja.
