I found this new carb dieters journal @ Barnes and Noble. Its great... You record your food daily, total carbs, weight, and at the end of the week record certain goals and information. Its a huge help to see what I am eating and what i should watch out for. Was only about $10. I had eggs and bacon so far...way too much bacon.. i know i will feel that later on today. Going to go run in a few and plan on taking the kids to the park later tonight and let them eat dinner there... trying to stay as active as possible. New tip: crystal light is my life saver. I love water but just need a change and want to stay away from any diet sodas as they actually make me hungrier.. they even have some for energy.

Thanks for the tip...I do Crystal Light too, and I quit soda's, even diet, altogether; it has helped with the weight around the middle! Just water, iced tea, and crystal light.
