It was a good week and I did a good job staying on track. I was pressed for exercise time, next week will be a bit better...hope to get in an interval walk today. Compliment from sis in law last night, wants me to converse with my brother as she has noted how well I have turned my life around. Very nice! I also zipped into a pair of Capri's that I couldn't two months ago. So patting myself on the back.........
