day 18...one more day...2 less pounds. I was craving sweets really bad tonight but the feeling passed- ok who am I kidding? Its still there but I am suppressing it:) We have school off tomorrow because of the wind advisory..so I can do some toning on the ball tomorrow.

Wow, where do you live that they'd close school for wind?? I want to move there - maybe they'd close our school more often! You are the Fat Smash Queen, baby!! Look at you and your 10 pounds gone - you are my hero!!

i just got a 'sticky mat' today from amazon. i did my ball routine, it was excellent. i could feel the muscles getting worked properly because i could keep my position. if you don't have one, i highly recommend it.

I also had a sweettooth last night. Drank my cup of lemon herbal tea and it really did curb my appetite (no sweetener). I'll definitely try that again. I noticed it helped not having any goodies in the house. There's a lot of teachers on this site. Out here in Florida we only close them for hurricanes.
