Day 17 went well. I felt like I was hungry all afternoon for some reason. I think when I have rice as a lunch I fill up and am satisfied throught the rest of the day. Plus I was bored and wanted to eat. So I ate an apple and a clementine. I am weighing myself in the am. I am excited.
I started tutoring a student and had to give up my weight lifting time to do it. I cant do both or I would never see my kids. I am still spinning three days a week but I have to figure out something to do on the other two days. I need to tone on those days. Maybe I will do some yoga at home, but I am so exhausted. blahh!!!!

i have a balance ball, it came with this neat little poster with 17 different exercises on it and it only takes about 20 minutes to do the whole thing. it's a great toning workout for sure. if you have a ball, maybe i could find a site outlining the movements.
