OK so Im starting over on the Adkins Diet because I did not follow it the last time )over a year ago) and I gained 35 lbs. when I weighed myself on Dec 26, 2012 it read 200.6 lbs. So I started to work out some time and tried to use the low cal 1200kcal/day, but that was proven unfruitful.
ON 1/15/13 I weighed in at 199 lbs. This was dissapointing to say the least. So I decided to restart the Adkins diet on 1/17/13.
I will weigh in today after 1pm and log it in here. this time I intend to stay on track.
