So I went a little over what I wanted on Calories. I want to stay like at 2100 at the most! and just stay low on it! I am being lazy right now and I really really really do not feel like working out..I am going to work out on my own here at home..I don't know either to do normal exercise or go on the exercise machine that I have for a few minutes. I think maybe the machine, see how long I can last..and it records the calories on there too so it kind of motivates me! Well I think I ate ok today I am doing my best trying to stay away from the Iced sweet Tea..I love iced tea but I know it has a lot of sugar. I am trying hard to drink my 8-8ounces of water each day! Staying strong!!!!! Going to weigh myself this coming Sunday cause I don't have a scale at home
