Ingredients
Directions
- Clean and cut cauliflower
Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes
Remove to a towel and pat dry
- Place cooked cauliflower in food processor
Add butter, sour cream and cream cheese
Blend until smooth
- Add parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 2 tsp granulated garlic and salt
Blend until smooth
- Pour into bowl and stir in chives
