Directions

  1. Yumurta, maydanoz, peynir ve yoğurdu karıştıralım.
  2. Kıvamına göre kaşık kaşık mısır ununu ekleyelim.(4-5 yemek kaşığı)
  3. Kabartma tozunu da ekleyelim.
  4. Az yağlı tavada arkalı önlü orta ateşte pişirelim.
  5. (yumurtayı omlet gibi gözükeceği için omlet diye ekledim, normal iki tane yumurta kırılacak)
